This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. It is designed in accordance with good commercial practice and Mauritian consumer protection principles.
1. Return Period
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is:

- Damaged during delivery
- Different from what was ordered
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, we will:

- Arrange return shipping at our cost
Offer either:
- A replacement product, or

4. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind:
- The product must be unopened and unused

- Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
We cover reasonable return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind:
The customer is responsible for return courier fees.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges provided that:
- The item is unused and unopened
- It is in resellable condition
- The requested replacement is in stock
If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
